What
Our 2025 Summer High Performance Camp includes 3 days of skill instruction on all 4 events, trampoline & tumbling track work, a dance rotation, as well as an activity rotation! Athletes are grouped corresponding with their competitive level of that season, with athletes of their same or similar proficiency level and age. Our camp consists of discussions around the mental & physical side of preparation in gymnastics that includes goal setting, sport psychology, positive self-talk, fueling for performance, etc. Our camp also places emphasis on technique, form, execution, drills, and consistency in a positive reinforced setting.

Additional Information
Throughout the camp the campers will get to meet all members of the 2024-2025 Carolina Gymnastics Team. They will have the chance not only to be coached by the athletes and the UNC Coaching Staff, but they will get a chance to have a Q&A with the team.
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt!

2 large loose foam pits available for each event for upgraded training

2 full length runways with 2 Tac-Ten adjustable vault tables with resi surfaces and loose foam surfaces, 1 adjustable height vault trainer table, multiple springboards

2 sets of full bars, one set over complete resi, 1 set over competition mats. 1 single high bar over loose foam, 1 tramp bar trainer, 1 trench strap bar, stall bars for conditioning, and handstand bounce bar trainer

5 high beams, 3 are adjustable, dismounts off beam into all surfaces: competition, resi and loose foam, 1 low beam and multiple Velcro floor beams and beam mats

Oversized competition spring floor with landings into 2 separate resi mats, full length rod tumbling strip into loose foam and 40 ft Tumble track into loose foam

Multiple extra landing 16” pillow mats, 36” resi mats, 4” and 8” landing and throw mats, sting mats, back handspring trainer octogons and multiple panel mats
Parking
For drop off and pick up, you can park at any visitor parking lots. The closest visitor parking lots to Fetzer Hall are South Road Meter Parking, Raleigh Road Visitor lot School of Government parking deck. Click here for additional information.
